Bridgeway is the connective track between TAONI's classroom learning and real-world workforce experience — translating skills, projects, and portfolios into placements, paid opportunities, and longer-term career steps.

Participants who have completed (or are progressing through) a TAONI learning track and are ready to translate skills into work experience.
What participants do
Engage in workforce-readiness coaching, project placements, and partner-aligned work experiences while continuing skill development.
What you leave with
Verified workforce experience, professional references, and a clearer pathway toward employment, freelance work, or continued education.

Readiness Coaching
Resume, portfolio polish, interview prep, professional comms.

Match & Placement
Matched to a partner host based on goals, skill set, and availability.
- Phase 3
On-the-Job Coaching
Weekly check-ins, skill-up plans, and partner feedback loops.
- Phase 4
Exit + Next Step
Reference letter, exit review, and a documented next-step plan.
