What it is
Advanced Fundamentals is a structured, 5-week basketball development session built for young athletes (boys and girls, ages 12–17) who want to improve their skills, build confidence, and get prepared for school teams, AAU programs, or rec league play. We partner with area trainers and middle school and high school coaches to drive fundamental skill development that produces better, well-rounded athletes. Coaches can send us athletes who need further development, and we'll return them trained up and ready to compete. For parents who want their student-athlete evaluated, seen, or supported after being passed up, our program is designed to highlight developing players' skill sets, strengths, and areas of improvement — creating a real pathway to recruiting and overall success.
Who it serves
Young athletes ages 12–17, boys and girls, preparing for middle school or high school teams, AAU programs, or rec league play. Ideal for parents seeking a structured, fun, and skill-building program for their teens, and for coaches looking to develop athletes before returning them to their programs.
What participants do
Train through structured skill work — shooting, ball handling, footwork, finishing, and defense — plus live reps, game-awareness drills, and film-supported scrimmages. Every athlete receives individual attention, skill-set evaluation, and feedback that shows where they stand and what to improve.
What you leave with
Sharper fundamentals, stronger game awareness, a tryout-ready foundation, and a clear picture of each athlete's strengths and development areas. Athletes leave better prepared for school-team selection, AAU opportunities, and rec-league competition.
